Fìkh Devgě Ve (/ˈdevgɛ/ /ve/ [basic] [use]) is a subtropical Town located in Potozari Zone, If-70cqǐnrì District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Devgě Ve is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Devgě Ve was founded by Tsèsi Treg̈kdshê, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Fìkh Devgě Ve has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 15°C (59°F). Fìkh Devgě Ve receives an average of 254 cm/y (99 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Fìkh Devgě Ve covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3298 m (10820 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Fìkh Devgě Ve was founded durring the late 17th century in early spring of the year 1662, by Tsèsi Treg̈kdshê. The establishment of Fìkh Devgě Ve was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Tsèsi Treg̈kdshê struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Fìkh Devgě Ve as a prison colony.

Fìkh Devgě Ve was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Devgě Ve is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Fìkh Devgě Ve is was constructed arround several premissive gravel mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Unfortuantly, these timber-based walls are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Right off the bat Fìkh Devgě Ve hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The influx of wealth has brought with it an influx of relaxation. Everywhere you look people are enjoying their prosperity in a slow, casual, and deliberate manner. There’s no rush for anything anywhere you look.

Civic Infrastructure

Fìkh Devgě Ve has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fìkh Devgě Ve. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Fìkh Devgě Ve's parks.

Fìkh Devgě Ve possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.

The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century an unusualy harsh winter spawned a deadly blizard to Fìkh Devgě Ve. The ice, snow, and wind killed 110 people, 394 livestock, and destroyed 76. The event is remembered as Horror's Breath.
